The Rickarton Estate owns and manages a range of small, traditional properties situated on its grounds with new cottages coming up to rent on a regular basis. Some of these properties are occupied by Estate Staff and Farm Tenants and the rest are leased with tenancies usually given on a long-term basis and tenants who are willing to contribute to our small but vibrant community being preferred.
As well as cottages the estate is also home to a wide range of small businesses and old agricultural buildings are often used for light industrial activities bring a new lease of life to old farm barns and sheds.
